This is Brazil's most famous snack. Coxinha (pronounced ko-SHEEN-ya) means "little thigh". A teardrop-shaped velvety dough designed to resemble a chicken drumstick that is filled with shredded seasoned chicken, lightly breaded and fried until golden.
